Anything you post to the Site or provide to Superior Shaving Touch is and will be treated as non-confidential and non proprietary, and by submitting or posting, you agree to irrevocably license the entry and all IP rights related thereto (excluding the moral rights such as: authorship right) to Superior Shaving Touch without charge and Superior Shaving Touch shall have the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from such Submissions by any means and in any form, and to translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile such Submissions. What’s more, all the Submissions posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the service, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. Return and Refund

In order to obtain your refund, contact customer service by phone or email and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on your package. Write this number on the outside of the shipping package, and send back the unopened or opened product to our fulfillment center at the address listed below, within thirty (30) days of the date you received the product. In order for your refund to be processed the product must arrive at our fulfillment facility within thirty (30) days of the date you received the product. You pay for return shipping. Once our fulfillment center has received the package and relayed the correct information to us, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account and may take up to 3-5 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank. Returns subject to a $5 restocking fee

We are unable to accept returns/exchanges if:

  • Item(s) were a final sale item
  • Item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition
  • Item(s) have been altered
  • Item(s) do not have the original packaging

Please follow these instructions when completing a return or exchange:

Place items in a box with email confirmation/RMA# or original receipt and a note detailing your preference for either exchange or refunds. We cannot process an exchange or refund unless you provide return tracking information. Note: If the customer is within their 30 days the customer can return their item(s) for a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the credit card used during your purchase, or in the form of store credit. Refunds cannot be issued to an alternative credit card, account, or payment method. Once we have received your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your exchange or refund request within 48 hours.

Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds for used or altered items. It should be noted that we cannot refund shipping fees except in cases of shipping errors.

ONE TIME PURCHASE:

When you order, you are paying only one of the prices below with free shipping & handling. You will not be billed further and if you have any questions or concerns you can reach customer service by calling 844-243-9847. Your credit card will be billed as superiorshavingtouch.c on your statement.

Standard Shipping:

If you choose the default USPS Standard Shipping Option, you will not be charged shipping on your order from Superior Shaving Touch. With our Standard Shipping Option, your package will be shipped by USPS and will arrive in 5-7 business days. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.

30 day refund policy:
Merchandise needs to be returned within 30 days from delivery date to receive a full refund.

No Warranties

Superior Shaving Touch and the materials contained therein are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You expressly agree that the use of the site, including all content or date distributed by or, downloaded or accessed from or through the site, is at your sole risk.

Superior Shaving Touch does not represent or warrant that materials in the site are accurate, complete, current, reliable, or error-free.

Superior Shaving Touch is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, text or photography. We cannot and do not represent or warrant that the site or its server(s) is (are) free of viruses or other harmful components, including content that is posted by third parties. You should use industry-recognized software to detect and disinfect viruses from any download.

About Modifications

Superior Shaving Touch reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in these Site Terms, or any policy of the site, from time to time at any time and in its sole discretion. If Superior Shaving Touch decides to change these Site Terms or a Site policy, it will post a new version on the site and update the effective date set forth above. Any changes or modifications to these Site Terms will be effective upon posting of the revisions.
